How do I get the most out of my retreat?

We recommend several things:

1. Unplug - Starting a day or so before and during the retreat limit media as much as possible.

2. Come with an open mind and heart - Prepare yourself to try new things and be surprised by God.

3. Relax - Leave your world in God's hands and enjoy your time away!

An honest effort at taking a Sabbath will bring the best results!

What are the retreats like?

Our retreats are described as semi-silent, contemplative retreats. This means that we will have interaction times and group activities, but they will be subdued and include several individual meditation experiences. We don't want you to need a vacation from your retreat. We highly encourage staring at and listening to nature with a leisurely walk thrown in. Our schedules have enough down time that we don't have to rush from one event to another and we encourage lingering over meals. We believe our retreats will be refreshing to the soul and the body as well.

How long are your retreats?

Our "Signature Retreat" is scheduled as 2 partial days and a full day, but we can design and configure them to meet your needs and venue options.
